If you tried to register, and got a message that the event is full, please send an email to info@littlefallsvillage.org with "boat" in the subject line, and we will place you on the wait list, in case we get a cancellation. _______________________________________________________________________ Leave at 11:30 to travel to the Bladensburg Waterfront Park, boat departs dock at 1:00, returns to dock at 3:00. Join us on a guided pontoon boat tour of the Anacostia River with members of the Anacostia Watershed Society (AWS). Learn about the river’s history, culture, ecology, development, and challenges of the Anacostia River, and the work AWS is doing to restore and protect the Anacostia River and its watershed communities. The 2-hour pontoon boat tour will travel along the river’s main stream from Maryland into D.C. We will be joined by two staff from AWS.

Transportation to the Bladensburg Waterfront Park to be determined, located at 4601 Annapolis Road, Bladensburg. This is a free event, optional donations to AWS.
