(Re)Discover the National Gallery of Art
Friday, March 24, 10:30-11:30 am
This tour presents highlights from the National Gallery of Art’s collection which spans more than 500 years. We’ll look closely at the works of art and explore their artistic features, their historical context, and the stories they tell. Works of art can reveal and conceal complex stories. We’ll consider how stories from centuries ago still speak to us today and relate to our shared human experience. Our docent is Estelle Quain, PhD, an FHNN member and volunteer.
For LFV members and volunteers The Zoom login information will be sent to confirmed registrants.
