Time to spark joy, declutter and get organized! In this interactive workshop, Chris Palmer discusses why decluttering is important and how to do it. The fantastic amount of stuff we accumulate over a lifetime can eventually become a source of stress, discomfort, and irritation, especially when we downsize. Ridding ourselves of excessive possessions can allow us to live more fulfilled and tranquil lives. Our distinguished presenter is a teacher, speaker, author, and film producer. Until his retirement in 2018, Chris served on American University’s full-time faculty as Distinguished Film Producer in Residence. He has written nine books, including his latest, Finding Meaning and Success: Living a Fulfilled and Productive Life.
