Little Falls Village is a network of ‘neighbors helping neighbors’ that helps our community live better and longer together.

If you need a neighborly hand – a light household repair, a ride to the doctor, or just a friendly visit – village volunteers stand ready to help you age independently in your home. If aging well means continuing to engage with interesting ideas and people, Little Falls Village hosts hundreds of social and educational events throughout the year. The village has many a prized member-volunteer, giving as able, and receiving as needed.

Little Falls Village Is Hiring: Program Coordinator

We’re looking for a warm, organized, and resourceful person who enjoys coordinating people, programs, and details. Experience in program coordination, events, education, recreation, community activities, or nonprofit work is welcome.

Part-time | 20–25 hours/week | $24/hour

Anticipated start: November or December 2026

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate programs, presenters, volunteers, venues, and logistics
• Manage the programming calendar and registrations
• Support in-person, Zoom, and hybrid programs
• Help with communications, attendance tracking, and reporting
• Develop and sustain programs that bring neighbors together

At least 15 hours per week will ordinarily be worked in our Bethesda office, with some remote work and local travel. Occasional evenings and weekends are required. We welcome applicants returning to the workforce, pursuing a second career, seeking meaningful part-time work, or following a traditional nonprofit or program-management path.
